Per-employee monthly subscription. Annual prepay includes two months free. All plans include the full PanOps platform - Signal™, Archive, Admin, all design partner connectors (email, messaging, meetings), and the PanOps-hosted intelligence models. 6 7

1 Annual prepay is billed as ten (10) monthly periods at the applicable per-employee rate. Access is provided for twelve (12) months. Effective monthly rate shown is the annual total divided by twelve.
2 All plans are subject to the PanOps Master SaaS Subscription Agreement. Pricing is based on the number of enrolled employees at the time of subscription. Incremental active employees added after subscription are billed quarterly in advance.
3 Signal™ queries are included with all plans and are not subject to a hard usage cap for normal executive use. PanOps reserves the right to throttle or suspend inference access in cases of programmatic, automated, or other use materially beyond normal executive use patterns. Fair use parameters and any applicable overage terms are set forth in the applicable Order Form. †
4 Connector availability varies by plan and customer environment. Standard connectors are included in the platform fee. Custom connector development, if required, is priced separately.
5 Tier 1 annual prepay subscriptions are subject to a minimum annual commitment of $24,000. Monthly billing for Tier 1 is subject to a minimum monthly charge of $2,000. Minimum commitment applies to the initial term and each renewal term.
6 Each subscription includes one Signal™ user account and one administrator account. Incremental user accounts, if made available by PanOps, will be billed separately at rates set forth in the applicable Order Form.
† Fair use parameters are subject to revision. PanOps will provide at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of any material change to fair use policy terms for existing subscribers.
7 Historical data ingest: standard plans include up to 12 months of historical communications ingested at onboarding. Extended historical depth beyond 12 months is available - contact your PanOps representative for scope and pricing.
