How Deployment Works

Four steps from application to first Signal query. PanOps manages the technical work. Your team's involvement is minimal - an onboarding call and connector authorization.

Step 01
Request Access
Submit a design partner application. PanOps reviews fit and schedules an onboarding call - typically within a few business days. The call covers your communication stack, connector selection, and deployment timeline. No long sales process.
Step 02
Environment Provisioning
PanOps provisions your isolated environment on your behalf - compute, storage, networking, database, and the intelligence model are all deployed automatically. You own the environment. PanOps runs the provisioning. Your team doesn’t need to touch a thing.
Step 03
Connect Your Sources
Employees complete a lightweight enrollment and consent flow via mobile web. Administrators authorize each connector via OAuth or API credentials in the PanOps onboarding portal. No endpoint installs. No IT project.
Step 04
Activate Signal
PanOps begins ingesting communications immediately upon connector activation. The CEO Signal interface goes live. Persistent memory starts building from day one. Your first query can run the same day you deploy.
