FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Signal™ brings privately deployed organizational intelligence, previously accessible only to governments and the largest enterprises, to a broad market of businesses.

Tampa, Florida, October 19, 2026 - PanOps AI, the company building Signal™, today announced a strategic investment from Fremont Technologies LLC and the appointment of Fremont founder Tim Haddock as Executive Chairman.

Most CEOs run companies full of data they cannot see. Their communications, including email, messaging, calls, and meetings, contain the real picture of how the organization operates: who is working with whom, which initiatives are progressing, where commitments are falling through, and what problems are emerging. Until now, accessing that picture required either months of management consulting or enterprise platforms built for organizations with large technical teams and eight-figure budgets.

Signal™ is built to change that. The platform connects to a company's existing communication tools and automatically structures every interaction into a unified knowledge map of the organization, mapping entities, relationships, commitments, and patterns across every channel before any question is ever asked. CEOs interact with Signal™ through natural language and receive answers grounded entirely in their own company's data, including the ability to surface cross-channel patterns, identify commitments that were never fulfilled, and detect what is not happening across the business.

This knowledge map is a structured, relational model of how a company truly operates and is itself a foundational asset. Signal™ is the first application built on it, giving CEOs real-time organizational visibility. The underlying capability is broader: connecting disparate software systems produces data, often just footnotes compared to the communications that reflect the true heartbeat of how any business operates. Structuring and relating that data in organizational context via Signal's purpose-built ontology is what produces intelligence.

Each customer runs in its own dedicated, isolated environment within the PanOps platform, provisioned and managed by PanOps and architecturally separated from every other customer. No communications data is aggregated, used for model training, or visible to another customer. All models that process customer data run entirely within the platform boundary; no third-party AI model APIs are called. The platform deploys with minimal customer effort and is fully operational in less than a day. PanOps manages the entire solution for its customers.

Organizational intelligence of this kind, the ability to structure, relate, and reason across the full breadth of how a company communicates, has historically been the domain of defense and intelligence agencies and the largest global enterprises, served by firms like Palantir Technologies at price points starting in the millions. PanOps AI is bringing that same class of capability to a far broader market of businesses, particularly founder-mode CEOs, at a fundamentally different price point.

Matt Spence, Co-Founder of AI Models, Technology and Product, PanOps AI:

"General-purpose AI models approximate, even at the frontier. Signal™ retrieves. We built the platform from the ground up to solve a problem that off-the-shelf models fundamentally cannot: giving companies structured, reliable intelligence drawn from the full breadth of how their organization actually communicates. That required purpose-built models calibrated for organizational signal extraction, a structuring engine that maps data before any query runs, and a retrieval harness with deterministic citation and evidence verification. Every answer Signal™ delivers is grounded and fully attributed. Tim has been working closely with our team for several months, and his investment judgment and commercial experience are exactly what we need as we move toward general availability."

Tim Haddock, Executive Chairman, PanOps AI:

"The data inside a company's software applications is disparate, often conflicting, and fundamentally incomplete. It does not capture what is really happening the way a company's actual communications do. But connecting systems is not enough. Every company has context unique to it: its own language, relationships, and patterns. Making AI genuinely useful means building a structured knowledge map of that context first. That is what PanOps does, and Signal™ is the first application built to realize value from it. It is the kind of organizational intelligence capability that until now has been available only to governments and the largest enterprises. Now, with Signal™, it is available to a much broader universe of companies, at a dramatically more affordable price point, and operational in less than a day.

"Companies should not depend on the privacy commitments of third-party AI providers whose policies and business models may change. And they should not cede control of their proprietary data, or the intelligence layer that flows from it, to a third-party AI model provider or to any single application vendor. Signal™ is built on both principles: a dedicated, isolated environment provisioned and managed by PanOps, with no data transmitted to external services or third-party APIs, and architecturally separated from every other customer."

PanOps AI is actively engaging Design Partners to validate Signal™ in production environments, with general availability expected before year-end 2026. Organizations interested in the Design Partner program can contact the company at hello@panops.ai or visit panops.ai.
